Because many of our items are handcrafted or assembled by hand, this processing window allows us to package each gift with the attention it deserves.

Please note: processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

After your order has been processed, shipping time will depend on the method selected at checkout. Typical transit times range between 2–7 business days within the United States.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

📬 Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos (if applicable). We’ll do our best to make it right for you.
